Electronic Training

Austega provides both electronic and face-to-face training to support change

WITH RAPIDLY CHANGING markets and industry pressures, and with the application of technology to all aspects of a complex organization, continually updating staff skills is becoming more critical at the same time as staff time available for training is becoming scarcer. No longer can financial and other complex organisations afford to have surplus staff able to step in when a key staff member is training or, worse, suddenly becomes no longer available.

Bringing in new enterprise-wide frameworks at the management level across a far-flung organization for risk management or business continuity can no longer assume that key stakeholders will be able or willing to attend face-to-face training.

Training for complex organizations today needs to be

  • on-the-job (ie at the place where the work is being done),
  • just-in-time (ie at the exact time of need), and
  • easily updatable (to take into account changes in data, structure and even approach).

Effective training also needs presented by experts who know their audience's concerns as well as needs. Austega specialises in risk management and related strategic management issues.

Austega brings content knowledge, train-the-trainer and adult-oriented teaching skills and web, intranet and multimedia delivery capacity (we author on both Macromedia and Microsoft products). Contact us for futher information.
