Ellick (or Allick) ETHERINGTON and Sarah GOFF lived in Surrey, England, and had children Dinah and John. Ellick remarried, this time to Hannah ROBLEY and had son James (born 1791) and daughter Lydia (born 1794, married Benjamin Esden in London and then was sent as a convict to NSW where she married Thomas BARNES). James married Penelope BULL and emigrated to Sydney. They had the following children:

	Henry was born in 1877, and had died before 1880.
	Elizabeth was born in 1878, and married Richard ARTER.
	Laura Jane was born in 1880, and married William John ALLEN.
