Where in the world are we?
It is 10 March and there are helmeted
police with full body plastic shields. Motorcycles all lined up
on the traffic island in the middle of the street. Greek restaurants.
People eating as they walk. Second class yellow tickets covering
the ground. Not far away is the oldest bridge in town - strangely
named the "new bridge".
