2 - normal, low from length headed by an honour, doesn't
provide any easy way of subsequently showing extra length and may give
away an unnecessary trick with others having short holdings
5 - normal if playing 3rds and 5ths, subsequent play
of 2 indicates even number of cards held
6 - normal if playing fourth from length headed by
an honour, and subsequent play of 2 and 5 indicate additional length,
but 6 may be mistaken as being 2nd from length without an honour given
the 5 and 2 won't be visible
Q - not normal but may be best lead (as if top of
sequence) against a suit contract given the likely shortages in other
hands, in particular might be only lead to win extra trick when partner
has A over dummy's K.
