Partner leads the 4, dummy has A Q J 3 and you have K 10 7
2...
The 4 is the lowest card in the suit your partner holds (as you can
see the 2 and 3 elsewhere). The lead of a low card typically indicates
an honour but you can see all the honours elsewhere. Consequently the
lead of the 4 suggests it is a singleton. If declarer finesses the Q
or J, rise with the K and lead the suit back for a ruff, using a high
card if you have an outside entry in the higher of the other suits (excluding
trumps), or the 2 if the entry is in the lower suit. If declarer plays
the A on the first lead then you can choose between playing the suit
if you gain the lead before trumps are drawn or waiting till declarer
plays the suit and claiming two of the four tricks with your K10.
