Partner leads the 10, dummy has the 7 6 4 and you have A K
9 5 3...
The lead of the 10 cannot be any kind of sequence lead as you have
the 9. Therefore the lead of an honour can only indicate a singleton
or doubleton. Play the K, lead the A, and then lead a third for a ruff
by partner. Note that if you needed more than three tricks to defeat
the contract you may need to play other tricks first, and you might
use the choice of the 9 or 3 on the third lead to indicate the suit
you wish partner to lead next (normally a high card indicates the higher
of the other two suits (excluding trumps) while a low card indicates
the lower.
